Alma Consulting Group, the European leader in operational consulting for cost optimisation, more than 20 years of experience, is now entering the Hungarian market and is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to sell its services amongst Hungarian key customers.

Job Description:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for approaching and signing contracts with blue chip customers in order to sell our consultancy products in various fields: tax, social costs, innovation, non-strategic costs.
You will be negotiating at high level with Managing Directors, Financial Directors, Human Ressources Directors.

You will be responsible for selling services on a success based fee that involves significant client interaction. Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining and developing customer relationships
• Assisting in the development of the practice through networking and business development
• Being responsible for meeting defined sales objectives
• Improving the sales procedures within the company
• Negotiating the contacts´ signature in our best interest
• Keeping updated on changes in our products

• Location: Based in Budapest with frequent travel throughout Hungary


Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Relevant Work Experience: At least 5 years of “hands-on” experience with selling technical / financial products and high-level negociation, project management experience appreciated
• Carrier level: Experienced
• Language: Hungarian mother tongue, English fluent, operational French would be appreciated but is not required
• Experience: Customer account portfolio, strong academic background (Business School), commercial negotiation, contracting prospective customers through telesales and face-to-face meetings, significant sales experience
• Personal Qualities: Leadership skills, independent, persuasive, hard working, motivated, willing to travel, great interpersonal skills, negotiating skills
